    In the Coaching session our main focus is Personal Development, Relationships, Stress Management & Career Orientation.

    Depending on the psychological assesment, we can work in the counselling session on Anxiety issues & Panic attacks, Depression, Traumatic Experiences, Low Self Esteem or Devalorisation, Sleep Disorders, Addiction or Loss of someone dear, Divorce or Separation. We can also work on Emotional Regulation & Skills Training.

    All the sessions are based on evidence based tehniques and comprehensive solutions, guaranteed confidentiality while having a relationship based on respect, honesty and attention. You will get a space where you are listen actively and understood while getting the best psychologycal service.

    You get the complete package (for the gym or home workouts) with up to 5 training sessions per week.
