Denisa always knew she was meant to be a coach. “When I am studying psychology, I am always curious & never tired of learning about the human nature. Through my college years I also developed an interest for sports and nutrition and they helped me become more in balance. Somewhere along the way it just became obvious to me that I would keep doing it my whole life and share what i’ve learned.”
Despite finding it sometimes challenging as she was on the verge of burn out herself , she still thinks of herself as a resilient person that is guided by principles and values. “My values and principles helped me remain aligned with my goals even when I had to deal with long sleepless nights or hard tasks, for example at university”, she says. “Otherwise, I would find it hard to even start” , Denisa adds. The main values that guide her work are authenticity, love, gratitude & to be present.
How about other values? “Mutual respect is the basis of all good relationships. We would not have relationships if there was no respect. The space that I share in my work is based on respect.”
